Located at the Eastern tip of the Dampier Archipelago, this tranquil seaside town is a delightful village with clean modern facilities. Point Samson offers small boutique accommodation as well as a caravan park with camping facilities. Point Samson also offers famous seafood restaurants with spectacular ocean views.

The beautiful sandy beaches are protected by fringing coral reefs offering safe swimming and snorkelling year round. For the keen fisherman, the waters of Point Samson also offer an abundance of fish.

Some of the most well liked and easily accessible beaches in and around the Central Pilbara Coast are Point Samson; Hearson's Cove; the Dampier Foreshore; Honeymoon Cove and Cossack. There are also numerous lovely quiet beaches nearby on the Montebello Islands.
