The Rottnest Channel Swim is an annual event conducted by the Rottnest Channel Swim Association with the aim to promote interest in swimming across the Rottnest Channel. The swim was first conducted as an event in 1991 and has captured the imagination of the Western Australian public and ocean swimmers world wide.
