Stroll the historic streets of Guildford - gateway to the Swan Valley. This charming little village is stepped in atmosphere - time seems to have forgotten it. Guildford Museum is run by the Swan-Guildford Historical Society. It includes the Old Colonial Gaol 1841-1866, The Guildford Court House 1865 (both Heritage Listed) and The Settlers Cottage c1880. Displays and artifacts pertaining to the Guildford area and Swan Valley including farm tools and implements, household utensils, photographs, personal items and a comprehensive range of costumes, textiles and accessories
Parking is available in the museum grounds and restaurants and coffee shops are within walking distance from the carpark
