Guildford Council Chambers Library was built in 1900, back then the building was used for the Guildford Town Council until amalgamated with Midland and Swan in the 1960's.
The building was then used as a subcription library by the Shire of Swan until 1981. They then renovated it and is now used as a public library service. More details
