Carilley Estate is situated on 22 acres of which 10 are under vine. Carilley Estate opened its doors October 2002, for its first Spring in the Valley and has flourished ever since.

Carilley Estate is positioned on 22 beautiful acres, of which 10 acres are presently under vine. The property boasts over 250 olive trees and the fruit is hand picked to produce its signature blended olive oil. Carilley Estate is committed to producing the highest quality wine for a discerning clientele. Both white and red grape varietals are grown on the property and are also lovingly hand picked allowing the resultant wine to be at its most flavoursome and robust.

The vineyard grows white grapes including Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc and Viognier. Its red grape varietals include a superb cachet of Shiraz, Malbec, Merlot and Grenache grapes producing sensational wines.
