Heathcote Museum and Gallery offers visitors an insight into the early importance of Point Heathcote and its vital role in the Mental Health facilities that developed throughout WA.
The Museum exhibition themes are, Point Heathcote or Goolugatup from Aboriginal to the present time. Each is an annual exhibition program showcasing the work of local and national artists, curators and community groups working in diverse art media.
This heritage listed site also has an award winning playground, barbeque facilities and a restaurant.
Opening Times
The Museum and Gallery is open Tuesday to Friday 1000 to 1500, and 1100 to 1500 on weekends.
