Regal Apartments Perth 

Just spent a week at the apartments. Had a large 2 bed, main with queen, full kitchen, laundry and included car park. Clean and excellent value for money. Free CAT bus across the road to CBD or able to walk (20 mins) Small supermarket across road for all supplies. Reasonably quiet, only some road noise from nearby Plane Street. Only negatives were limited reception hours and not serviced. Conditions eg non servicing, supply own provisions like soap, toilet paper, tea bags after initial supply all given in writing at time of booking. Instructions for after hours arrival given and easy to access apartments. Highly recommend for people wanting space, self catering, a car park, and easy access to CBD. Would definitely stay again.
