This house is ideal for a family of five or two couples. Perth City is less than 10 minutes away from Perth City and Curtin University,as is the beautiful Swan River and the Burswood Casino. Visit Scarborough Beach, Cottesloe Beach and the Indian Ocean - just a 20 minute drive away.
