More than just a cafe and boutique brewery, Matso's is a Broome institution. Built in 1900 Matso’s started life as the Union Bank of Australia, the first bank in Broome for fourty years.
The brewery at Matso's offers a unique choice of designer products. Sample traditional largers or from a more modern range including chilli beers, a mocha stout, passionfruit or Mango Cooler and ginger beer. The brewery combines the finest natural ingredients, traditional time honoured brewing techniques with a modern twist.
The menu is created around the brewery's unique flavours. Broome's Asian cultural influence allows chefs to be adventurous and creative with the dishes.
