Kambalda is situated 635 kilometres East of Perth with a population of approximately 5,500 people. See the scenic beauty of the Salt Lake Lefroy from Red Hill lookout at Kambalda East. There are two seperate towns 7 kilometres apart - Kambalda East and Kambalda West.
Kambalda is the third major town in the triangle. The birthplace of Australia's nickel mining industry, it is still an important town in the region.
