This lookout provides you with excellent views of salt lakes and gypsum hills. The Department of Aviation Navigation Beacon for East-West Air Traffic is located on top of lookout hill.
From here you can see north, south, east and west, the general layout of the town, streets and housing. Roads are useable from this point.
