Overview

Dangaragan is the centre for a thriving rural community. The district boasts lush pastures and golden crops produced by the excellent farming lands. The characteristic Red Gum and White Gum trees and a spectacular array of spring wildflowers also complement the area.

Travelling through Dandaragan highlights the diverse farming of the area, ranging from wildflower farming, to a winery estate and many other forms of alternative agriculture. The scenic drive also presents many opportunities to view historic buildings amidst a majestic landscape, permanently flowing creeks and a mass of white cockatoos (Corellas).

Visitors can dine at the Ampol or BP Roadhouse at Cataby or at the Regans Ford Roadhouse. Visitors have a choice of two caravan parks in the town, or motel accommodation at nearby Cataby.
