Hopetoun Scenic Drives 

Ethel Daw Scenic Drive - Thirty kilometre heritage trail - allow yourself one to two hours. Drive up to Mount Desward Lookout, 340 metres for a fabulous 360 degree view over bushland, old mines and on a good day, the Southern Ocean.

Hamersley Drive Heritage Trail Scenic Drive - For this 170 kilometre circular tour, you should allow a full day - minimum of six hours through the Fitzgerald River National Park, depending on the time spent on stops to look at wildflowers, coastal scenery, birds, picknicking, etc. Some National Park tracks may be closed, if wet, for dieback hygiene.

Mount Madden Scenic Drive - A 160 kilometre circular tour, you should allow five to six hours, depending on stops to look at scenery, wildflowers, and birds. Good picnicking spots. If you wish to make a quick trip straight to Mt Madden and return, then this may be done in about two hours. Mount Madden, 38 kilometres, provides a good 360 degree look out. Mt Short Scenic Drive - This 40 kilometre circular tour (four wheel drive only), depicts flora, scenery and old mining. Allow about two hours or more if picnicking or climbing Mt Short. Brochures available from Ravensthorpe Tourist Bureau.
