Highly recommended! A+

Posted by Lindleys from Eudlo, Australia

Absolutely fantastic time at the Jetty Resort, we were made welcome from the moment we arrived and every special need was attended too. The Jetty Resort is a very family friendly place to stay where we stayed in the 'Sea View' room that was spectacular and the resort facilities meet our every need with a great playground for our children and a fantastic heated pool and BBQ area.

We are now regular customers and recommend the Jetty Resort to all our friends and family. Thank you Pam and Rod, we look forward to visiting and sharing our Christmas with friends and family at the Jetty Resort.

Service with a smile bro

Posted by Seeley Family from Kalgoorlie, Australia

We had the most wonderful time staying at the apartments first then moving to the more luxury rooms. We only planned to stay 2 days but then ended up staying another 3 days. The massage I had was the best. Rod made our stay very comfortable. On our last note the cleaners do a wonderful job and Rod is so lucky to have them under his wing. I would recommend this resort to anyone and all my friends........ Keep up the good work Jetty Resort.

Fabulous for a relaxing weekend away

Posted by calypsodesigns from Kalgoorlie, Australia

A girlfriend and I stopped at the Jetty Resort especially to make use of the newly opened Aroma Sea Day spa. We weren't disappointed! The spa is well thought out, with a relaxation/locker room, showering room, several treatment rooms and a large hydrotherapy tub. The atmosphere was instantly soothing and relaxing, and therapist Neris invited us to use the relaxation room to change into our gowns and chill out with a freshly brewed cup of chai tea with organic honey. Bliss! And of course the treatments were heavenly. We left feeling relaxed and pampered from head to toe, literally!
The rooms themselves at the Jetty Resort are spacious and tastefully decorated, with gorgeous expansive sea views of the Esplanade. The staff were very bright and friendly and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. New owners Pam and Rod have made great improvements to the Jetty Resort so far and I can’t wait to try out the new restaurant when it opens.

Great spot - especially for families

Posted by Wilf from Adelaide, Australia

I stayed there for two weeks over Christmas and found the facilities were very well set up, parking was good and safe (underground available and also courtyard monitored), they had a big kids playground and well maintained heated pool.

The BBQ area is under cover with plenty of room, although the rooms had reasonable kitchen facilities. Air conditioning was available although being right next to the water meant I didn't need it.

The location next to the Jetty makes for easy fishing and a great view. The location is only 5 mins walk from the center of town. The day spa was very convenient and I had good service for a reasonable price.

Very good if you are a windsurfer with family. I believe they are building a restaurant - which will complete the package as the closest one is not that great.

If you love coffee this awesome 'Coffee Cat' caravan is parked out the front most days - the coffee there is absolutely fantastic.

The only improvement above the restaurant I would recommend is a cover for the balconies that face west from the sun as it is a bit exposed out there in the afternoons. Apart from that, highly recommended stay.

Love it, I stay every time

Posted by John Gallop from Perth, Australia

I find the Jetty Resort very comfortable, relaxing & inviting. I am a business traveller and i stay there every time i am in Esperance. The people are great, rooms are newly refurbished with a lot of warn energy in the air. I can't wait to try the Aroma Sea Day Spa that has recently opened, that looks excellent. You can see the management put in a lot of effort to make you feel welcome.

Great place, try it for yourself.......

Disrepair & Bad Service

Posted by Mel G from Ferntree Gully, Australia

It looks really nice from the outside and the view is great and that's all I can say that is good about The Jetty Resort Motel. The complex is badly designed with lots of stairs and no signage to tell you how to find your room. When we found our “sea view” room there was no sea view. When we complained they put us in a sea view room and told us the spa was broken. That wasn't the only thing, the doors didn't shut properly, the blinds wouldn't open, it wasn't clean and the kettle had actually corroded! When we mentioned this to the "helpful" lady at the front desk, she said that it was due to be replaced and they actually had a replacement for it, not in our room obviously. When we pointed out the other problems with the room she told us it wasn't her fault. Nice.
