Overview

Wartook Valley is peaceful; but it can still offer you the outdoor adventures that the Grampians are known for! The spectacular mountain views within the Grampians, secluded creeks and spectacular waterfalls are truly a natural marvel. The Valley is to the northwest of the Grampians National Park, (an area known as the 'sunny side' of the Grampians) and is the main entry into the Grampians and to MacKenzie Falls.

The area includes the bush land oasis - Rose’s Gap which features camping grounds and great picnic havens, Mt Zero, Hollow mountain and Mt Stapylton, Dadswells Bridge, Laharum, Brimpaen and Wartook. Here you can experience Koori rock art and visit some of Australia’s largest olive groves situated on the mountain sides.
