Streatham one of the oldest villages in the region began in 1844. The town was gazetted Streatham in 1852. A visit to the Fireworld Museum and Discovery Centre is a must. Fiery Creek has fish and the patient may see a platypus. The district is renowned for fine merino, wool, canola and cereal crops.
