Addison is a stunning apartment situated in one of Elwood's finest tree lined streets - a stroll away from the beach, Elwood Village cafes, and a short distance from cosmopolitan St Kilda.

Addison offers two double bedrooms; the stylish main bathroom is complete with a deep bath. A stainless steel and stone kitchen with Miele appliances. The spacious open plan living room with timber flooring opens to a large, private outdoor balcony perfect for alfresco dining. The apartment is very contemporary in design and extremely well appointed, with high quality furnishings and a leafy outlook.
Other features include LCD TV with Foxtel (Cable) and Bose stereo/DVD/CD player, second LCD TV in master bedroom, security entrance with intercom, and secure parking for 2 cars.
