Located 319 kilometres east of Melbourne, Lakes Entrance is the gateway to one of the largest inland network of waterways in Australia.

Lakes Entrance is where the lakes of the Gippsland region meet the sea. These lakes are fed by 5 major rivers and the Lakes area covers about 400 square kilometres with coastal lagoons, lakes and swamps.

Lakes Entrance gives you a warm welcome all year round with its temperate climate. Located on Highway One and Ninety Mile Beach, where the Gippsland Lakes meet the Southern Ocean, Lakes Entrance is a holiday hub that enjoys mild winters and summers.
