Fyffe Field is located in the Goulburn Valley wine grape growing region of the Central Victoria zone. Established in 1993, Fyffe Field is a small family owned vineyard of only 7 ha situated near Yarrawonga and the Murray River. The vineyard has been planted to the classical grape varieties of Semillon, Shiraz, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon as well as the lesser known varieties of Verdelho, Touriga and Petit Verdot.
Their viticultural philosophy is “Quality not Quantity” and they strive to achieve small parcels of premium quality grapes each vintage by limiting yield to enhance both colour and flavors.
They also feature an ornamental pig collection and Byramine Homestead offering devonshire teas Monday to Thursday across the road.
Further Information
On display for your amusement or amazement is an extensive ornamental pig collection. BBQ facilities, playground equipment and shade is provided for those wishing to linger a while.
