Toora Wind Farm is a wind power station located at Toora in South Gippsland. Situated 150km southeast of Melbourne, the farm is on a ridge overlooking the small town of Toora.
While not as big as some of the wind farms of Europe, this relatively small farm of only 12 turbines produces a total capacity of 21 MW of electricity.
There are a number of excellent viewing and photography points on the road which passes the farm.
From some of these views of the coastal plain, the Strzelecki Ranges, and Wilsons Promontory can be combined with views of the turbines.
