Cascade is Australia’s oldest brewery - and the most beautiful. It has been around since 1824 making it Australia’s oldest manufacturing enterprise. It is the pride of Tasmania, Australia’s smallest state in land area but definitely not in beer heritage.
Come and visit Cascade Brewery in Hobart for a brewery tour or relaxing drink and a bite to eat in the Cascade Visitor Centre.
One-and-a-half hour tours are conducted by guides several times per day, 7 days a week. Tours include the chance to see some of Australia's best loved premium beers brewed in the historic brewery and a walk through the famous Woodstock gardens. Allow half an hour at the end of the tour for tastings, which are included in the tour price.
