Committed to the development of the Arts in Tasmania, Cotton Duck Gallery markets and promotes up and coming Tasmanian artists of all ages, in all genres of art.

This commitment is shown in Cotton Duck Gallery’s year round events calendar, that includes our ‘Tasmanian Artist of the Month’, with many more events and announcements to roll out in 2008!

At Cotton Duck Gallery we are putting the fun back into art with our calendar of art classes, starting with beginner courses in oils, acrylics, watercolours and pastels in January 2008.

• Later in 2008 Cotton Duck Gallery will kick off its series of one day and weekend off-site painting classes. Imagine watercolours at Cockle Creek and oils in the Hartz Mountains.
• February 2008 will see the launch of Cotton Duck Kids, a section of the gallery dedicated to art for kids and everything kids need to create their own masterpieces.
