Little Brampton Wines are a boutique, family owned wine business operated by Alan and Pamela Schwarz. Established in 2000 and based at the heart of the Clare Valley, the vineyards produce 3 varietals, Riesling, Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz, and Rose.
Little Brampton Wines produces small quantities of hand-crafted wines from selected parcels of fruit grown in the vineyard at Sevenhill. The 10 hectare vineyard is nestled on a west-facing slope 520m above sea level, the elevation allowing a gradual ripening process and low yields producing intensely flavoured fruit. Little Brampton use traditional wine-making methods, hand-plunging the skins in open slate fermenters to extract maximum colour and flavour and 18 months in barrel prior to bottling.
The wines are available in selected fine restaurants in Adelaide, Melbourne and Brisbane.
