Barossa Travel Guide

Vineyards, Barossa Valley - P Casey Smith Photography

Only an hour's drive north of Adelaide, the Barossa is one of the world's greatest wine producing regions. The region is twenty kilometres wide and about thirty kilometres long and has 50 wineries. Take a winery tour in a limousine or vintage car, or float above the valley in a hot-air balloon. See the Barossa from every angle, in all its glory. Established last century by German farmers, it still has a strong sense of history and community identity.
