This is the perfect place if you're looking to slow down and reconnect with the natural world. The cabins are beautifully designed, built and maintained, and generously spaced out around the shores of Lake Weyba - a fabulously user friendly, enormous expanse of salt water. We went as a family with two teenagers and would have expected them to hanker for something a little more fast paced, but they fell for its magic just as much as we did. I'd be back there tomorrow if it was possible and would wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone looking to unwind in comfort. It was a major highlight of an unforgettable holiday.

This is a magical corner of the world. Our cottage (Cormorant) was spotlessly clean and well-equipped, perched just metres above the lake - a superb view to wake up to in the mornings.A bonus was the canoe - we paddled out across the lake several times; my wife felt very safe as the water was less than a metre deep! At the Northern end, there is a sandbank, and the water is only a few inches deep, so you have to get out and walk the canoe over this - but it's very easy, then you can paddle up the beautiful creeks. The owners, Bill and Christine, and all their staff, are very friendly and helpful; a lovely spot to get away from the stresses of living and relax - yet Noosa is just 10 minutes drive away.Highly recommended for a relaxing break.

From the moment you drive up the winding bush track of a driveway, you are taken away from the rat race and transported to the most magnificent holiday destination. The Queenslander cottage "Treetops" which we were lucky enough to stay in was beautifully maintained and furnished there is no need to bring a thing. The views of the lake and its surrounds are truly breath taking and the wildlife is literally on your door step. It was private and felt like there was no one else around. The complementary use of the Canoe's was the biggest draw card for us when I was searching for a place for our break. We managed to paddle all the way around the Weyba Lake and explore the all the creeks that branch off. It was no effort at all because you’re constantly taking in everything around you from the spectacular Paperbark trees on the shore line to seeing your first of many Sting Rays close up. Walking on the sand banks out in the lake is a truly amazing experience it feels as if you right out in the middle walking on water.I would totally recommend this amazing place to anyone who wants to get away for either a short or long break and is so worth the money.
