The Big Pineapple 

The Big Pineapple is a famous tourist attraction and working farm situated near Nambour, Queensland. The Big Pineapple is 16 metres high, and was originally open back in 1971. Enjoy the relaxed atmosphere, agricultural exhibits, exciting rides, restaurants and tours for all ages.

Take a ride on an authentic sugar cane train through tropical fruit orchards and pineapple fields, stopping for an informative farm show about growing pineapples. Visit the Koala and Fauna Sanctuary, home to many of Australia's great birds and animals.

The Big Pineapple restaurants will tempt you with delicious meals and snacks - freshly crushed pineapple juice, chocolates, fudge, cakes and a large variety of confectionary. Designated disability parking spaces are provided, as well as a wheelchair accessible toilet on the top level near the entrance. Entry to the Big Pineapple is free.
