About 20 minutes by boat from the mouth of the Mooloolah River lies this former warship now under 28 metres of water - the Ex HMAS Brisbane. Now a world class dive site that is fast becoming one of Australia’s premier wreck dive destinations.

Take the plunge down about 9km off the shore from Mooloolaba to see this amazing ship wreck and experience this now artificial reef, covered with hard and soft corals, creating an underwater haven to explore.

The Sunshine Coast offers a wide range of accommodation nearby ranging from cabin stays to camping grounds in nearby National Parks, motels and self-contained units.
