Waves Maroochydore 

Waves Maroochydore has spectacular apartments. We stayed in a 3bedroom ground floor apartment, which had 2 great spacious bathrooms (1 with spa bath). The whole apartment has stylish modern decor throughout and the fully equipped kitchen has all modern appliances (wonderful fridge with ice crusher that the kids enjoyed making slushies with).

All ground floor apartments have their own great outdoor BBQ and spa area, (you will have to pay extra to have access to BBQ and spa). Although the spa is for your own personal use it is not what I would call private as people in apartments above have full view. But don’t worry you still have the spa bath in the ensuite.
All apartments overlook the Maroochy River and Waves have a jetty for the keen fisherman (you are sure to catch a fish).

If you want to go to the beach you will need to walk about 15min down the road, we found that we spent most of our time in the pool area. We could even leave the baby in the apartment to sleep and take the older child out to the pool, as it was so close to our apartment. We could leave the window open and hear if the baby woke.

Security is excellent!

If you are planing to stay for more than a few days I recommend that you cross the road and do a shop at Woolies. The in-house food directory is over priced and quality is poor.
