Bungawarra Vineyard

0 reviews | Write a review

Bungawarra Winery is one of the oldest vineyards in Queensland, dating back over one hundred years. They grow all their own fruit, with minimal chemical use. Hand selected and picked, the fruit is then crushed and vinified on site, later the wine is bottled here too.

There has been a vineyard at Bungawarra for more than 100 years. We owe much to the legacy of Angelo Barbagallo, who came to Bungawarra in the 1920s as a post-war migrant and stayed for 50 years.

Bungawarra Wines are known for their consistent quality which reflects our regional characteristics. There are eleven different wines, and most have won many awards. Come and try them on site, the Harden family welcomes you.
