Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments 

I am a teacher at a small rural school and we have used Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments as our base for our annual Year 10 Camp for the past 2 years. We are truly impressed with it.

The managers, David and Gloria, are very willing to accommodate our group and ensure our stay is enjoyable. They arrange the 3 bedroom apartments so there are 2 single beds in each room, which I have found is something that not many (if any) other apartment complexes will do.

Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments is excellently located. Our days always start with a walk along the beach (about a 2 minute walk from the complex) and finish with a swim and a spa at the complex. We quite often also use the BBQ facilities in the pool area. I have also found that it is very easy to get parking for a bus (always an issue when on school camp).

David and Gloria, thank you very much for making our Year 10 Camp so comfortable and memorable.

We are a family of 6 from Malaysia. we have stayed 3 times at SBHA, one week in April 2005, one week in August 2007 and last August 2008 from 7-12 August. Each time we have been treated very well. The 3-bedroom apartment is very well kept and includes all amenities. We even have our own TV in the main bedroom in addition to the living hall TV.

David and Gloria are running the show and are always very helpful. My wife was feeling cold at night so they offered us complimentary heaters. And when one air-cond unit was not working they promptly remedied the problem. Best of all David and Gloria are always ready to help us with loads of brochures and maps made available and they gave us many tips. The security is also very good with regards to the locked basement car park (right below our unit, very convenient!) and the access to the compound. And the apartment intercom is very handy. They also have CCTV monitoring on their front lobby PC.

We will definitely stay there again if we plan to visit Gold Coast another time.

I travelled with family to the Gold Coast to stay at Surfers Beach Apartments.

David & Gloria were great hosts/managers of the apartment. When we required information regarding touristy stuff, they were able to give us all the info required with confidence.

We had a three bedroom apartment with all the trimmings, stove, microwave, washing machine, dryer, air con, internet etc ... The place was completely clean and tidy.

I travelled with my laptop so as to report back home to family and friends which was great.

We found the BBQ area very clean and tidy, all the utensils were provided.

Although there weren’t beach views it was only a 3 minute walk away. The apartment is situated in a very quite area but close to everything ie Pacific Fair, Jupiters, Surfers Paradise - all within walking distance.
The car park under the building was great off road parking, secure and tidy. There was also recycling bins available.

My family and I came from Manila, Philippines, having decided to spend at least a few days vacation to escape from the heat and pollution of our country, we set foot in Australia last April 13, 2007. Though it is not the first time that we went to Australia, it is our first time to see the Gold Coast (arriving there last April 18, 2007). Gold Coast is the second state we went to after Melbourne because we heard of the great Theme Parks. And truly, it was true. Through the help of our cousin (who's living in Sydney), she was able to booked us for reservation at the Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments using the internet. She said she just browsed the internet and found the site. To make the story short, we arrived in Gold Coast and went straight to Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments. We were so amazed of the place! It was as if we were at our home. Very cosy, inviting and very, very clean. David and Gloria were so amazing that we felt so comfortable with them that we often chat in the morning before we left for the parks. Everything we need in a house is readily available in the place from the tiniest bit of salt to the T.V., electric stove, microwave, oven and refrigerator. The neighbours are quiet and the surroundings are very nice. What ever you can see in the website are true and much more. David and Gloria helped us everyday. From the smallest things that we need like going to markets or groceries to booking us for theme park trips. We can even see the couple cleaning early every morning at the pool side and making sure that all vacant rooms are tidy and smelling great. David even helped us carry our (very) heavy luggage! The security is also great. The place is very near to everything. We can even walk going to the grocery or even take a short ride of the bus to the mall side. The place is even near the Sea World! Everything is there what more can you ask for... So if we will going back to Gold Coast, I will still be staying at the Surfers Beach Holiday Apartments. Their price is good for the accommodation and comfort you can experience at the place.

Total confidence and relaxation are offered as soon as you walk onto the property. The secure beautiful garden, barbecue and pool area, a view of the pool from every apartment allows you to sit and relax and know that your children are completely safe. Our apartment was beautiful, clean and had everything that your own home has to offer.

David and Gloria were the most gracious, caring and loving property managers you could ever meet. Nothing is too much trouble and they go beyond their call of duty to assist you and make your stay enjoyable and stress free. The location was so perfect to easily access main Highways and Roads to get to all the Theme Parks and major shopping outlets. Our future plans definitely include going back. We stayed here for a week in February and loved our whole experience. David and Gloria were very helpful and have great knowledge of the Gold Coast. The DVD selection was great for when the heat was too much, as well as the air conditioning and swimming pool. We will return and would recommend it to families and groups.

Stayed there January 2007 for 13 nights. Fantastic place to stay. Clean, comfortable and spacious. Has everything you need. Security is very good. David and Gloria - caretakers of the complex - are very warm, friendly and inviting couple. Great for families. BBQ and swimming area wonderful amongst garden setting. Will definitely be staying again.

Provides the needs for a business stay including excellent ADSL speeds. In a good location and close to the Beach. Suitable for family as well. Excellent value.

I have found through experience that these units are very reasonably priced. The facilities are very convenient, a home away from home. I feel that the units are very safe and secure and I have no problems allowing my children to enjoy the experience of a holiday without stressing about there whereabouts, making the time spent at the units completely relaxing.
