Paradise Point is a unique village located north of Runaway Bay, on the shores of The Broadwater, minutes north of Surfers on the Gold Coast.
Paradise Point is hugely popular with boaties because it has its own boat harbour and ramp, where the Broadwater meets the wide and slow moving Coomera River. The riverway itself is a popular boating waterway that leads to many of the most luxurious of suburbs on the coast.
The village also has numerous food outlets and restaurants ranging from inexpensive takeaway fish & chips, roasted chickens, and gourmet pizzas to alfresco style along Paradise Point villages newly landscaped Esplanade. Many restaurants have been selected as the best on the Gold Coast.
At one end of Broadwater Park there is a beach and man made safe swimming 'lagoon', which allows safe swimming for all ages. The park is a haven, where you can walk, jog or run all just metres from blue water of the Broadwater.
Minutes down the road from Paradise Point are the thrills of the theme parks like Dream World, White Water World, Sea World, and Movie World. Runaway Bay Shopping centre and Harbourtown which is Australia's largest top brand bargain outlet shopping centre both only 5 minutes away.
Features
Paradise Points has two small islands called Sovereign and Ephraim, 500 metres off shore from the Broadwater park. Palatial homes and luxury apartments with private jetties add to the look and feel of the area.
