Phoned the hotel and made a booking on a Thursday for 6 Adults on the Friday night. Phoned again on the Friday to add an extra person and was told the booking would be ok but when we arrived on Friday night there was no booking done at all - very poor. Tried the all you can eat Buffet - very disappointing, food trays empty and were not topped up. Staff have no customer relation skills. Sorry will not go back.

This place has twice now proven to be one the worst venue for a family to eat in the bay area. On both occasions the staff where so bad they give you the impression that they are doing you a really big favour by serving you!, 3 out of the 5 meals we ordered were wrong and when trying to get the meals fixed we were only offered free ice-cream.... how about re-doing the meals correctly instead? The bar staff avoid eye contact and conversation. When we tried to get the kids meals sent out with the adults meals, we were accused of trying to buy kids meals for adults. I mean, come on, families do still eat together you know. We gave this hotel 2 chances, both times we we're extremely disappointed and the management there have not responded at all to my emails or phone calls which tells me they simply aren’t interested in any sort of repeat patronage. If you’re going out for family meal, drive past this place and go somewhere else.
