Fuse Food & Wine 

Fuse Food & Wine, closed only 1 day a week and is open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Breakfast and lunch are a more casual affair, whilst the evening sees Fuse Food & Wine make the transition into a modern, stylish bistro.

The European-influenced menu offers modern Australian dishes with a twist. Dishes change depending on the season, to reflect their preference for seasonally fresh and local ingredients. The wine list whilst compact reflects a good selection of solid wines to compliment the food.

• Fuse caters for functions, helping to tailor-make events to suit individual needs, be it a work Christmas party, a cocktail party with canopes or an intimate wedding reception. Staff make guests of all ages welcome.
