Looking for somewhere to stay that doesn't break the bank, and they are actually happy to see you, we found this spot just the ticket. We have stayed in many motels across Australia as both a couple and a family, and we never stay at 5 Star resorts, as all we really want is 4 solid walls and a sturdy roof. When we stayed, they were slowly doing up each room, We stayed one night before we travelled up to Hervey Bay on a business trip (with our kids & mother-in law) and stayed in one of their rooms full of bunks, which was a little cramped for 3 Adults and 3 Kids, so when we came back, we asked for two rooms, which we managed to get the adjoining rooms, and it only cost a fraction extra, plus they let us leave our bulk luggage there while we were away!! A very simple, but clean motel, with a great little restaurant area for great breakfast, and not bad dinners too!! Very recommended for those who want something nice without going over the top. Everything works!!
