Dunmarra  

We called into Dunmarra on our way to Darwin in our 40ft coach and had no problems with finding space. We stayed one night but decided to call in our way back. We called in for one night on the way back south and ended up staying for three days (the third night is free).

Gary and his staff make you feel very welcome and the caravan park is well maintained with lots of trees and green lawn. The bar at the Wayside Inn is very congenial and Gary has bbq's and spit roasts every weekend during the dry season. He also does a snake demo with lots of info and you can hold a snake if you are game. At the time that we stayed the fuel prices were also very competitve with the larger towns. This was a very relaxing place to stay making it difficult to leave. It's fantastic.
