King Ash Bay is a haven for fishermen because of its huge tidal range. Located on the McArthur River, King Ash Bay focuses on the boat ramp. The King Ash Bay Fishing Club allows non-members to camp on the banks of the river.

  • There is a very well stocked supermarket at Borroloola and may be worth the trip, just for supplies - 60 km drive. Shopping is pretty limited at King Ash Bay!
  • King Ash Bay Boat and Fishing Club
  • King Ash Bay is the primary destination for visiting fishermen and the town Hosts the annual Borroloola Fishing Classic.
