The Great River Walk at Penrith has beautiful views of the Nepean River and Blue Mountains. The walk winds northward from Penrith Weir to Cassola Place and is approximately 2 kms return.
The walk follows the Hawkesbury-Nepean River from its source near Goulburn to its mouth at Broken Bay.
The section at Penrith includes a pedestrian and cycle path, a boardwalk and a bridge. Enjoy a picnic and a fantastic walk.
