Brislington was built in 1821 by convict John Hodges and was occupied by members and descendants of the Brown family from 1857 to 1949.
It is now a museum of the medical and nursing history of Parramatta, with photographs and memorabilia.
Brislington was renovated in 1982 and is protected under the heritage act of NSW, it is situated on the grounds of the Parramatta Hospital. More details
