The house is situated in the picturesque Hunter Valley and is situated in the town of Dural, nearby the Dural Country Club.
  • The homestead was in the Roughley family for 5 generations and now we are all invited to experience this unique piece of history. Monthly live jazz events are also held on the lawns of the property; Jazz at the Pines
