Sydney's affluent leafy suburbs made all the more pleasant by their easy access via road or rail. Including Chatswood with its huge shopping malls, the gateway to the Kuring-gai Chase National Park.
The other suburbs along the North Shore train line including Lindfield, Killara, Roseville, Turramurra and Wahroonga are where you will find many of the most beautiful homes in Sydney. Historic grand mansions lie amongst newly refirbished full-brick houses all on large blocks of land scattered with trees.
Shops at each of the train stations break up the suburbs which are almost exclusively residential. More than ten private and governement high schools lie within this area, as well as a campus for the University of Technology, Sydney.
