Disappointing!

Stalag comes to mind when describing this park. Sure it was peaceful and the surrounds we're pleasant, but it was spoilt by an unwelcoming, un-homely feeling. Features such as PIN boom gates for entrance and exit, high fences with no pedestrian access/exit to the beach apart from the main gates, amenities locked and bolted, 'private/ keep out' signs, dodgy air-conditioning and faulty doors in the cabin we stayed in all served to detract from the experience. It was expensive for what you got and experienced and I would strongly advise looking elsewhere.

Sorry you didnt enjoy your stay with us. Most parks these days have boom gates (this is to keep unpaying guests out). The amenities are coded locks (this is to help keep them neat & tidy for the park guests, ladies feel safer for those nightly calls), they are not bolted. The only private keep out sign is to the workshop area for obvious reasons. Access to the beach can be done through gates along the fence line. Regarding the air conditioner & door in your unit, we are normally informed so that they can be attended to by us. Regards, Management.

Needs Improvement

Just back from 10 days in this park (Jan 09). Kids had a great time, park is only 3 star with very old amenities, needs lots of work done to it. Management leaves a lot to be desired. No laughing, talking or breathing for that matter, after 10pm! We had 7 families in our group, some of them return customers. We are looking for a new place for next year as customer service, management and lack of maintenance has made us look for somewhere else.

Easts Dolphin Beach

This is a beautiful site and has been one of my favourite places to stop over the last several years, although I have to say that the management seems to have changed recently and sadly not for the better, poor staff and the grounds maintenance certainly is not what it used to be. None the less a great place for the kids and beaches.

Wonderful quiet and excellent services

Recently spent the weekend of 16/19.02.07 down at this park the staff were wonderful, the services provided are family friendly and best of all the beach was close and pool spectacular. On site cabins were clean, large and modern a great weekend get away
