Coat of Arms Kaffeehaus Restaurant 

I have just returned from a trip to NSW. In Adelong I stayed at the Beaufort Guest House which had been recommended by friends of mine.
I was pleasantly surprised and I stayed for a whole week. I was astonished to find all the rooms with real antique furniture and decorated with great taste.
The restaurant had a warm and pleasant atmosphere. The Viennese coffee and cakes and all the European meals were excellent the service really nice and friendly. I have to congratulate Mr and Mrs Bierling on their effort! They were also very helpful in pointing out all the sights to visit in the surrounding area – which were truly worthwhile seeing.
All in all – it was a lovely experience and I can only recommend “The Beaufort”.

Great Austrian-influenced food. The schnitzels are fantastic (and huge) and the apple strudel is something to write home about. A big bonus is the coffee - best outside Sydney and a relief after the watery roadhouse stuff we'd been surviving on.

Wonderful attentive and friendly service is the final bonus. We love it here!
