The Channon is a tiny village located between Byron Bay and Nimbin.
Held on the 2nd Sunday of each month, is the famous Channon Markets. It is the original North Coast Market running for over 25 years. The original make it, bake it, grow it market offers an amazing variety of homemade or handcrafted goods. Choose your favourite food of the day amongst the many vendors and sit back and enjoy the musicians, story tellers, dancers and puppeteers, usually a stage is set for a live band in the middle of the oval so you can even spend the day dancing if you so desire.
There are many alternative wares and the atmosphere is unique, making the Channon Markets such an ongoing success.
