The Channon Craft Market

The Channon Markets are held on the second Sunday of each month at Coronation Park. First held at the Channon Hall in 1976, The Channon is the longest running market on the North Coast of NSW. People from all over Australia and all over the world make their way to our famous market.

A recent winner of a Tourism award, expect to find a vast array of local craft, (too many types to list here!), fantastic food, native plants, bands, street performers and buskers, as well as all things native to the alternative lifestyle of the NSW North Coast.

Set on the sports oval, the market is two concentric rings of stalls, some under the trees, with open space in the centre, which is often the scene of live music and other performances.

Make a day of it, there is much to see and do, or make a weekend of it and come and stay at the Channon, the Gateway to the Nitecap National Park.
