Vipassana means to see things as they really are. Vipassana meditation is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation, rediscovered and taught by Gotama the Buddha more than 2500 years ago as a universal remedy for universal ills, an art of living. Vipassana meditation is totally non-sectarian and funded entirely on a voluntary donation basis.
To learn Vipassana Meditation one needs to develop one's own experience during a residential ten day course. To apply for a course click through to the website on the link below and find a convenient date in the Course Schedule then click on the link for the date.
