Great spot for a family or group getaway. Rooms are good sizes - excellent living space and the balcony was well used by our large group when staying there. We had the three bedroom set up with 2 verandah. Photos don't do it justice. Very close access to both town and beach, and even though staying through the blues fest the noise was minimal from the street.
