Known for its white beaches, crystal waters, subtropical climate and pods of friendly and curious bottlenose dolphins, Port Stephens is a beautiful seaside resort only two hours drive north of Sydney. Nelson Bay is the home of the Port Stephens fishing fleet and a departure point for dolphin watch cruises. Port Stephens is home to a waterway, two and a half times the size of Sydney Harbour. This beautiful asset boasts crystal blue waters that are largely unpolluted and suitable to almost every watersport imaginable.

  • Nelson Head Lighthouse Museum - The historic lighthouse keeper's cottage offers visitors beautiful views, local history and information on marine rescue

  • Gan Gan Lookout - The view covers an expanse from Newcastle all the way to Hawks Nest.
