One Mile Beach Holiday Park is situated on 14 acres of beautifully landscaped gardens, and surrounded by Tomaree National Park, adjacent to the world famous beautiful One Mile Beach, which is Port Stephens major patrolled surfing and fishing beach. Koalas regularly walk through the park and possums and birdlife abound. Bush Walking along the coast is a popular activity as is rock and beach fishing and surfing.
These are the five different types of Accommodation available at One Mile Beach Holiday Park. Accommodation includes;Terrace Houses, Beach Houses, Spa Villas, Deluxe Villas, Villas and standard cabins. All are situated a short walk from the beach over the sand dunes on our boundary.

If leaving Sydney follow the F3 freeway to newcastle and then the Pacific Highway to Taree unitl you see the Nelson Bay Turnoff ( Richardson Rd ) Follow the signs to Nelson Bay until you come to the Anna Bay Shops Sign and turn onto Gan Gan Road. proceed through Anna Bay township and we are 4 kms past the school on your right. Do not go to the beach down Hannah Parade as the entrance is off Gan Gan Road
