Scotts Head is a relaxed, beautiful coastal town located halfway between Brisbane and Sydney. It is only one hour drive south of Coffs Harbour and north of Port Macquarie.
It offers a great caravan park with beach frontage, river and ocean fishing spots and a friendly bowling club. The Bowling Club located on the corner of West and Adin Streets, is the hub of entertainment in the area. It has a bistro, bar, dance floor and 2 bowling greens.
There are quite a few things to do at Scotts Head such as fishing, bowls, tennis, bushwalking, boating, horse riding and scenic drives.
Forsters Beach (most northerly) is a great safe swimming spot and also has a nice point wave for mal riders. Further down the beach there are also often nice beach breaks. Little Beach is a great spot for short board riders and body surfers.
