South of Crescent are the beautiful beaches of the Goolawah Camping Reserve. Back Beach is very popular with fisherman and nature lovers.
This beach has no lifesaving patrols, so it is advised to surf safely and keep a close watch on children. Dogs, kept under control, are welcome.
